Terms & Conditions
  1. Eligibility. Open to customers who have done business with Cooper Rollers totaling at least ₹10,000 during the current financial year, with 100% payment received in the company’s bank account.
  2. Contest window. Entries are accepted only during the configured Start and End dates in the contest settings. Late or incomplete entries are void.
  3. Winner selection. The winner will be chosen by a computerized lucky‑draw system. The draw is completely random and not influenced by purchase size beyond eligibility.
  4. Notification. Winner details will be sent to the email address provided in the entry form. If email is unavailable or invalid, the company may use the phone number. If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, an alternate winner may be drawn.
  5. Verification & anti‑fraud. The winner must provide valid ID and proof of eligible purchase(s). Cooper Rollers may conduct checks and disqualify entries containing false, mismatched, or unverifiable information.
  6. Prizes. Prize details will be communicated by the company. No cash alternative. All taxes, registration, insurance, and any statutory or incidental charges on any prize (including a scooter, if applicable) are borne by the winner.
  7. Images. Any images used are for representation purposes only. The actual prize or model may differ.
  8. Company rights. The company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the lucky draw at any time without prior notice, and to amend these Terms if required.
  9. Disputes. In case of any dispute, the company’s decision is final and non‑negotiable.
  10. Privacy. Personal data will be used only for contest administration, participant communication, winner verification, and legal compliance.
  11. Jurisdiction. All matters are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Ahmedabad, India.
