Why Printers Choose Our Heidelberg MO CONVENTIONAL Rollers
Consistent Ink Laydown
Precision-ground form, transfer & ductor rollers deliver even ink film, clean solids and sharp halftones on long MO runs.
Balanced Moisture Control
Conventional Water Form dampening rollers achieve fast wetting and stable water–ink balance, reducing toning and background scum.
Compound Stability
Rubber blends are engineered to resist glazing & swelling, retain shore hardness, and maintain surface energy for predictable color.
Color-Coded Efficiency
Clear color coding (White/Blue/Red/Yellow/Green) speeds changeovers and lowers installation errors for busy pressrooms.
Our Heidelberg MO Conventional roller sets cover every position—form, transfer, and ductor in the inking train plus Conventional Water Form dampening rollers—so you can restore OEM print performance with drop-in fit. Each roller is manufactured to match the specified diameter and length tolerances, with concentric cores and precision-ground surfaces that keep ink film uniform at production speeds.
In the dampening system, properly specified form and ductor rollers help you reach target moisture quickly after wash-ups and stock changes. That translates to faster color-to-color stabilization, fewer waste sheets, and cleaner non-image areas—key advantages many MO operators look for when running coated, uncoated, and specialty papers.
We build our rollers using application-appropriate compounds that hold up against modern fountain solutions and inks. Compounds are selected to resist glazing, swelling and premature hardness drift, so roller settings stay consistent longer. This stability helps maintain dot gain control, trap, and gloss across extended runs while reducing downtime for regrinds and replacements.
Cooper Rollers supports a wide machine portfolio to simplify multi-press maintenance. In addition to the MO series, we supply rollers for Heidelberg presses such as GTO, KORD, SORK, SOR, SORD, SM, as well as KOMORI Lithrone, MAN ROLAND, RYOBI and others—helping groups standardize roller quality across the plant and consolidate vendors.
For industrial converting and finishing, we also produce custom rollers for leather finishing, plywood lamination, packaging, and gravure, available in NBR, PU, silicone, ebonite, and metal cores—including stainless options—so you can specify the right hardness and resilience for your process. Our experienced team supports global exports with responsive service and quick dispatch to reduce downtime.
